Serving God...Loving Others...Reaching The Nations

Our children's ministry is divided into three groups: Royal Ambassadors (Boys grades 1-6), Girls in Action (Girls grades 1-6), and Mission Friends (Preschoolers). These groups meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30. Read on to find out which group your child belongs to!

Royal Ambassadors (RAs) is a Southern Baptist missions education organization for boys in grades 1-6. RAs provides an opportunity for boys to develop Christian character through missions involvement and virtue commitments, in addition to growing spriritually, physically, mentally, and in relationships with others. Royal Ambassadors leaders utilize activities that are designed to help boys learn about God's mission, participate in missions experiences, pray for and give to missions, develop and use mission skills, and learn about and support the missions work of heir church and denomination.

Girls in Action (GAs) is a missions discipleship organization for girls in grades 1-6. Through GAs, girls learn about, pray for, give to, and do missions work. They also make new friends and have lots of fun! Girls in Action provides a Christ-based peer group for girls, Godly women to serve as leaders and mentors for the girls, opportunities for girls to develop leadership skills, a relevant weekly curriculum that teaches girls about the biblical basis of missions, and hands-on ministry experiences. Girls in Action is part of the Woman's Missionary Union (WMU), an auxiliary to the Southern Baptist Convention.

Mission Friends is a preschool missions organization for preschoolers ages 3 through kindergarten. Preschoolers in Mission Friends are taught about missions work in North America and throughout the world by learning about a missionary in a different place each month. Mission Friends become aware of God's love, learn that others need to hear about this good news, and are involved in learning through hands-on activities, sensory activities, Bible thoughts, cultural learning activities, mission stories, prayer, giving, helping others, and doing missions. Mission Friends is part of the Womans's Missionary Union (WMU), an auxiliary to the Southern Baptist Convention.
